Scottish long jumper Jade Nimmo, sponsored by Barrachd, achieves a new personal best

Jade is currently in the US, she has taken a scholarship with Western Kentucky University.

She was on superb form at the Sun Belt Championships on Saturday 25^th February, jumping 6m 24 a new personal best.  This now puts her third in the Scottish all-time list for indoor long jump.

Barrachd receives Smarter Planet award

Barrachd are proud to be jointly awarded a Smarter Planet Reference globe in recognition of the work we have been doing with Lisa Dawson at Edinburgh’s Telford College.

Working in conjunction with Lisa and her team we have developed a system to help Telford better track, monitor, and predict Student attendance giving a better chance of positively impacting a students time at College.
